Andy Lott

Andy is the Managing Director of the IAN Center for the Future of Learning’s (CFL) IAN Hub, a youth-driven space that connects learners, educators and community partners, to co-create meaningful, real-world learning experiences.

 A former performer and educator, he brings a deep passion for creativity and collaboration to his work, designing experiences that empower young people to explore their interests, share unique perspectives and shape their own learning journeys. Andy leads the vision of the IAN Hub, creating dynamic spaces where young people, educators and community partners come together to co-create meaningful, real-world learning opportunities. Through this work, he helps spark ideas, build relationships, and expand access to experiences that connect learning to purpose.
