Passionate about co-designing solutions with those closest to the challenges, Jeanine drives strategic initiatives that transform how learning happens in schools and communities. 

As Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer of the IAN Center for the Future of Learning (CFL), she leads CFL’s In-Systems Build Strategy at the intersection of community, policy, and practice to scale learner-centered and future-ready opportunities for all learners. Her leadership has shaped statewide initiatives, including the Portrait of a Nevada Learner and the Nevada Future of Learning Network, in partnership with the Nevada Department of Education. Previously, she served as Chief Innovation Officer at Teach for America Nevada, where she led its Research and Development arm. Jeanine has two decades of experience as a performing arts educator, university instructor, and learning design consultant that grounds her approach to facilitation and leadership development. She is a contributing author to Real Learning, Real Accomplishment: Schools That Work For Kids.
