As Operations and Impact Manager, Kim brings a strong focus on systems, organization, and outcomes, providing structure and clarity to the IAN Center for the Future of Learning’s (CFL) work and helping translate big ideas into meaningful, measurable impact.

Kim supports internal operations, coordinates cross-functional efforts and strengthens CFL partnerships. Her work enables the team to operate with intention and efficiency while staying grounded in impact. Kim brings nearly three decades of experience as an educator and is a founding and current Board Chair of WYLEEs, a public charter school in Las Vegas.
