As Co-Founder and CEO of the IAN Center for the Future of Learning (CFL), Sean is committed to making Nevada the learning innovation capital of the world.

He previously served as Executive Director of Teach For America Nevada. At CFL, he leads the Outside-Systems Build Strategy, working beyond traditional school models to expand learning opportunities through community-driven initiatives and cross-sector collaboration. He serves as the 2nd Vice Chair of Nevada’s Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education. A first-generation American, Sean’s passion for education is rooted in his family’s sacrifices to create opportunity through education.
